En el 2022, por ejemplo, se incluy\u00f3 por primera vez indicadores ESG como objetivos corporativos para evaluar el desempe\u00f1o anual de la empresa. Entre estos nuevos objetivos destaca el NPS de proveedores, planteado al mismo nivel que objetivos financieros y operativos.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado del SSINDEX SUPPLIERS 2022 en Fenix fue de un 94% (solo preguntas SSIndex), siendo un 18% superior al promedio de las empresas SSINDEX en la categor\u00eda proveedores. Este resultado significa que un 94% de los proveedores evaluados est\u00e1n comprometidos y validan el trabajo que realiza Fenix sobre las variables ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza (ASG) que impactan el valor futuro de la empresa y el compromiso de sus grupos de inter\u00e9s con ella.<\/p>\n<p>El Stakeholders Sustainability Index (SSINDEX), realizado por expertos de la Universidad de Yale, es un indicador de riesgos y sostenibilidad empresarial que usa informaci\u00f3n de stakeholders como: empleados, clientes, proveedores y comunidades, para anticipar riesgos, identificar focos de sostenibilidad y aumentar el compromiso de los grupos de inter\u00e9s con la empresa, por lo que Fenix se suma al grupo de empresas l\u00edderes que implementan el <strong>STAKEHOLDERS SUSTAINABILITY INDEX (SSINDEX).<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fenix confirma su compromiso con sus grupos de inter\u00e9s formando parte del STAKEHOLDERS SUSTAINABILITY INDEX 2022.
