Se culmin\u00f3 una nueva etapa de consolidaci\u00f3n del proyecto educativo que promueve Fenix con la IEP 20960 Las Salinas y la IEIP Madre del Amor Hermoso. A cargo del Instituto de Desarrollo Gerencial se realizaron diplomados dirigidos a todos los docentes de primaria e inicial; as\u00ed como a las auxiliares de aula de ambas instituciones educativas que abarcaron estrategias did\u00e1cticas en matem\u00e1tica, comunicaci\u00f3n, ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda, formaci\u00f3n en valores y gerencia educativa. Durante una emotiva ceremonia de clausura, los participantes recibieron los diplomas otorgados por la Universidad Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n Enrique Guzm\u00e1n y Valle, los mismos que son v\u00e1lidos para el escalaf\u00f3n magisterial y por tanto para el ascenso de escala docente con los beneficios que ello conlleva.
